About Balletcenter Cebu
Where great dancers have danced since 1951
BalletCenter was founded in 1951 by Madame Fe Sala Villarica, a former member of the Anita Kane Ballet. A visionary, she was responsible for decades of dance instruction and provided performance opportunities
for numerous students from across the Visayas and Mindanao.
The entry of two outstanding artistic directors, Nicolas Pacaña and Gregory Aaron, paved the way for further ballet appreciation and recognition in the community. They have been responsible for the training of many students for acceptance into or recelving scholarships to ballet schools and companies across the Southeast Asia and the world.
Since 1951, BalletCenter has been the focal point of classical dance in Cebu, nurturing talent, educating audiences and opening windows of expression.
